Problem:

Ali’s current label printing was designed with native “PPLA” language, it only supports a specific label printer. But that printer is no longer available in the market.

Solution:

To have some flexibility in hardware selection, we practice firmware/middleware customization. Our solution does not require any additional software nor a special driver. We able to use “Generic Windows Driver” to achieve our solution. Therefore our solution is entirely contained inside the printer only, true Plug and Play solutions.
