Parcel Preparation Guide
To prepare the parcel for shipment,
- Print out A6 copies of the system-generated Air Waybill from seller centre / order management to ship your order.
- Do ensure the Air Waybill is placed in pocket pouch*.
- Attach the pocket pouch pasted securely onto the package to ensure that it does not come off easily. The Air Waybill must be in the pocket pouch when attached to the package.
Shipments will not be accepted at pick-up or drop-off for marketplaces orders if
- The shipment does not have a printed label.
- The printed label attached does not follow the standardized Shopee Air Waybill format.
- The label is damaged.
